Alright guys! We have some “odd object” work for Tuesday so we need a backpack loaded with water bottles or a medball or DB or anything heavy.

Also we are doing line hops. These are just lateral hops back and forth.

So think about these movements as if your obejct is a med ball and you are doing med ball cleans and thursters. Let’s see how far we can get with this!
