I’m going to ask you all to write your name and goal or goals for May on the whiteboard by the front of the gym. Your coaches will be able to help you out toward working to reach that goal. I know most of you have goals, but I doubt your coaches really know what they are. This way the whiteboard will be able to help us help you.

Thor Fitness will be hosting Memorial Day Murph on Saturday, may 25th. I want to see everyone there!! I will have Murph, Half Murph as well as a team Murph. Everyone can do this!! There will be two classes at 8 and 9 am. You must pre register on the TRIIB app. I have them both capped at 20 peeps.
