Happy New Year to you all! Let’s get the new year started on a positive note. I would love to see those of you who have been inconsistent with your training pick things up and get in and get it done!! It’s only an hour! Stop making excuses and blaming everyone and everything in your life for not training. We all have busy lives with work and family. There really is no excuse.

I’m really excited to announce that I will be putting a nutrition challenge together that will be super easy to follow and will get the results you’ve been looking for. I will set those up joining the challenge for success. It will be six weeks to reset and dial in on your nutrition and training. I will have the details for the challenge by mid January. I’d like to get this kicked off by the third week in January.
