As of today I put together a Thor Fitness In-House throwdown 2015 album up on the Thor Fitness FaceBook page. Check it out!! I did my best to get everyone but due to the fact that I was competing I wasn’t able to take as many pictures as I usually do, but I tried!! 

Let’s try something different today. We will not have strength but a mini metcon before the wod. If you’re not scaling rope climbs, make sure you wear long pants and/or long socks for the rope climbs. Those that are new to Thor Fitness, you will be modifying the rope climb. Don’t worry, you will not even leave the floor but will still be “climbing the ropes.”

I am putting the hoodie/thermal order together this week. It’s not too late to order. Please do so ASAP. Do it now, as I will not be placing another order right away.
