Today is Thanksgiving.  For many of us it means a day spent with family and friends relaxing, eating and drinking non-paleo.   We work hard all week at our jobs and train hard at CrossFit while eating healthy on a daily basis.  It’s nice to have a day to just let loose a little bit, but before you do, come in and get busy at the 8 or 9 am class.
