ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The weightlifting class class resumes this Saturday at 10 am. Mike will be coaching you all through an awesome program, which will be posted for the day.
Don’t forget to place your order for a hoodie and/or thermal by the end of the week.
And the in-house throw down will be held this Sunday at 10 am. There will be a 9 am class right before. If you want to participate but don’t want to compete, let me know if you’d like to judge. It’s going to be a great day not only competing together but having a great time!!
