It was awesome coaching everyone that came in for overhead squats, which is a “goat” for most. The only way to improve is to come in and work on it. I’ve seen many of you start overhead squats struggling with an empty bar and over time with practice hitting crazy PR’s. Today was one of those days. I expected a very slow day, which is the case when I post overhead squats, but you all proved me wrong. It was very busy and everyone worked super hard. Great work today!
