This last week of our linear progression was a huge success. There were so many clean, snatch and overhead squat 1 RM PR’s. This was our second wave of a six week linear progression. The first wave was weightlifting with many of you hitting huge PR’s as well. So I guess this stuff really works?! Nice work being consistent and keeping track of your progress week to week.
