This workout is comprised of two 20 minute AMRAPS with a 5 minute rest in between. If there are more than 7 people in class, half will start with the red AMRAP and half will start with the blue. It’s 45 minutes combined so let’s get in, stretch on our own and be ready to go. Remember, we’re moving the whole time, never redlining. Just keep working.
