CrossFit THANKSGIVING DAY TEAM WOD:

Teams of 3

100 cal row

100 S2O 75/55 RX+ 95/75 1 athlete works while 2 hang from pull up bar (athlete 1 works, athlete 2 hangs from pull up bar, athlete 3 rests then rotate)

100 burpees relay one athlete works at a time

100 hang power cleans (same weight) 1 works while 2 plank hold 

100 T2B  athlete 1 works while athlete 2 and 3 do handstand hold or hold barbell overhead then rotate

1200 meter run relay style 400 meters each athlete
