The weather is finally breaking, which means it’s time to get outside and run! I highly advise you all to have the proper footwear for your CrossFit workouts as well as your running wods. Get a pair of Nanos or Metcons for your CrossFit workouts and be sure to invest in a decent pair of running sneakers as well. There are some great sales out there.
