The heat will be brutal Saturday and we have a partner wod so you can share the work with a Thor Fitness partner! We’ll split the reps evenly. See below. There’s no reason to be intimidated when you work out with a partner. You can use two barbells and whatever weight you’re comfortable with. No pressure. Just getting our reps done. Nobody cares how you finish. Let’s have fun! Oh, and don’t drop the bar before your set is done . . .
