CrossFit TEAM WOD:
Teams of 3: (one working, two resting)
9 X 200 Meter run
150 push press 95#/65#
150 sdhp 95#/65#
150 box jumps 24″/20″
9 x 200 meter run
Team must hold a single 70#/53# kettle bell the entire duration. If it hits the ground, 10 burpees for each team member.
WEIGHTLIFTING WOD:
power snatch 75% 2 x 2, 80% 1 x 4,
power clean + push jerk 75%(2+1), 80% (1+1)x4
Clean pull 95% 2 x 2, 100% 2 x 2
