The weightlifting class is cancelled for today. Instead I am opening up a 10 am class in addition to the 8 and 9 am. Come in and get judged for the Open wod 17.2. If you’re not getting judged feel free to do 17.2 or the alternate wod below. Good luck competitors!!!

17.2 OPEN WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

2 rounds of:

50-ft. weighted walking lunge

16 toes-to-bars

8 power cleans

Then, 2 rounds of:

50-ft. weighted walking lunge

16 bar muscle-ups

8 power cleans

Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

Men use 50-lb. dumbbells

Women use 35-lb. dumbbells

Scaled men use 35# dumbbells, knee raises, chin over bar pull ups

Scaled women use 20# dumbbells, knee raises, chin over bar pull ups

ALTERNATE WOD:

amrap 12 min:

21 kb swings 53#/35# RX + 70#/44#

15 goblet squats (same weight)
