The Open is upon us and 17.1 has been announced Thursday night. Today we’ll be doing it together, but if you can’t make it in today, get it done by Monday night. Scores have to be in by 8 pm. The gym is all set up and ready to go. Are you ready??!! If you are not competing, you can still come in and do the wod. I highly suggest doing it!! Get a taste of the Open without the stress of being judged. Please don’t be late. This is a long workout and I’m starting on time whether you’re ready to go or not.
Check out the workout and standards on the Games site. We will be going over them before the workout.
Due to the fact that the workout is long, the weightlifting class is cancelled tomorrow. We may be going over time. Open gym is still at 10 am.
