The weightlifting class will be cancelled today and next week due to the fact that we have Flex on the Beach competition coming up next Saturday. 10 am will still be open gym today. I suggest all Flex teams come in and brush up on the workouts. If you can’t get together with your team, work on the strength workout on our own.
