250 meter row

10 pull ups

200 meter run

WEIGHTLIFTING/OLY CLASS:

– Good mornings: 3 x 10. You choose the weight.

– Slow clean pulls 80% 4 x 2

– power clean 80%  4 x 2

– deficit deadlift on 25# plate 

5 x 3

core work:

ab mat sit ups x 15 + Russian twist abs holding a weight x 10 reps. Every 60 sec. x 5 minutes.
