What a great weekend watching our two teams compete this weekend at Flex on the Beach!! I’m super proud of them. It was a long weekend. They basically did two competitions in two days. The workouts were grueling but they worked as a team and not only placed really well out of 37 teams yesterday and 29 teams today, but had a great time as well.  Our Double Trouble Team place 6th today and the Avengers placed 13th.  A big thanks to those of you who took the time out to support our two teams. This is what it’s all about!! I’m still working on the many pictures and videos I took over the weekend to post on the Thor Fitness Facebook and Instagram.  This Saturday is Wod Wars out East in Calverton. We have a lot of Thor Fitness peeps registered to compete and it’s not too late to register! This is the time to enter your first CrossFit competition. You have the option to enter as an individual scaled or RX.  

STRENGTH:
