Hey! I just wanted to say that I saw some really awesome things from the Thor Fitnessites this weekend. SHRED reps were so solid on SUNDAY! I saw people all weekend making progress with their skills, choosing good weights, using good ROM, it was awesome to see such progress. Keep it up and you’ll get the results you want!
