The Thor Fitness Summer Throw Down is coming together!!! CrossFit Athletic Academy, CrossFit Rapture and CrossFit Strong Island are in! If you haven’t done wod #1 to compete for a spot on the scaled or Rx team, do it this week. Thank you to those of you who came in and did wod #1 Saturday or Sunday. Thank you for making this easy on me, as I do not have a lot of time! If you’ve already done it and want another chance, do it this week. Teams will be decided by mid week.
