If you are serious about making a change in your fitness and diet routine and would like help, come see me. Starting this month I will be offering accountability coaching. Most people who start CrossFit want to lose weight and get fit. It’s pretty easy to come in and do classes every week, but do you have the three elements needed to reach your goals … Fitness, Nutrition and Accountabililty? If you are missing any of these elements, you may not be hitting your goals. It’s time for a new year, a new you. This program is an additional fee and is available to non-members of Thor Fitness as well. You will be given the tools to set you up for success!
The Fitness part is getting in a minimum of 4 workouts in a week plus 4 sessions of extra cardio.
The Nutrition part is 3 different plans based on your lifestyle.
The Accountability part is before pics and weekly pics, weekly weigh ins, measurments, and pictures of your meals or food logs. There is a 3 month minimum to start.
