Happy Monday everyone!! Let’s start the week strong! Get in as many times as you can from here on out to the end of the month. I’m going to be keeping track of attendance through your check ins and will post who is committed to training in a very busy holiday month.
The Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 am class will continue to be open for the next month. Let’s get this class attendance back to where it used to be.
And don’t forget that this Saturday is our holiday party at Nappers in Smithtown. I will be collecting money for the open bar up until Wednesday only.
