Happy Monday everyone!! I hope you had a great weekend. Unfortunately, it’s August 1st. We are half way through Summer. A lot of you have been MIA for the last few weeks. What is going on?? Just because it’s Summer doesn’t mean it’s time to take a whole month off. Get back to Thor Fitness. Every day you’re not training, is another step taken back and harder to get back to where you were.

Flex on the Beach teams, if you have not registered yet, do it before August 4th. I believe the price is going up.
