ANNOUNCEMENT: A big thank you to Willie who has been coming in to clean the “guts” of our rowers. Why? Because on Sunday, April 24th, Thor Fitness will have a rowing challenge!! Let’s start forming teams of 2, one guy/one girl. ┬áThe challenge will be at 10 am after the 9 am class. How far will you be rowing?? 10k. That’s right. You’ll be able to break up the row any way you and your teammate would like. This is for time and we will have first, second and third place winners. I will start team sign ups on the PR board. If you want to participate but don’t have a partner, I will have a list where you can sign up and find a partner. Who is ready?? Let’s work on rowing technique over the next few weeks.
