This Saturday during open gym at 10 am I highly suggest all Flex teams get in and work on the Flex on the Beach workouts. The weightlifting class will be back soon. I’ll keep you posted.
SKILL
We’re going to work on handstand push up progression for the first 15 min. Last week we worked on pull up progression, and there were a lot of “firsts.” Today we’ll work on box hspu, negatives, deficit hspu, kipping handstand pushups, and wall walks.
