FRIDAY
Thursday was a great day working on everyone’s “goat” then doing one of my favorite endurance workouts. I know there were a lot of cherry pickers, but there were more Thor Fitness peeps who came in to tackle this wod than those who stayed home and avoided a really great workout. So props to those who came in. I’m super impressed.
