TUESDAY

We have the Benchmark workout GRACE for Tuesday. We have been working on cycling the barbell, multiple reps and touch and go. Singles are also a great strategy but definitely choose a weight that you could easily get 5 touch and go reps with if necessary. If this takes you over 5 minutes you went too heavy and missed the intended stimulus of this workout.
