Next Sunday, October 27th is our Fundraiser Barbells For Boobs. I would like to have one class at 10 am and have an awesome turnout for the benchmark workout “Grace” 30 Clean and jerks for time 135#/95#. Depending on the turnout, we will do the workout in heats. If you know you can make it in, please let me know for a head count. Our oringinal goal was $5000 and so far we have reached that goal and then some. So thank you for you effort in raising money for a great cause.
Don’t forget to attend the weightlifting/olympic lifting class on Saturday at 11:30!!
