SATURDAY

The Thor Fitness Summer Throw down is Sunday, June 29th at 10 am!!!  If you’d like to judge, please let me know.  Here are the teams representing:

OUR SATURDAY WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS WILL BE CANCELLED FOR THE SUMMER.  I’LL KEEP YOU POSTED AS TO WHEN IT WILL START UP AGAIN!!

Today’s class will be run in circuits with three different stations.  The stations are 2 x 10 min amlaps and 1 x 10 amrap with 2 min rest between. Groups of four will start at a different circuit and rotate together as a group until all three 10 min circuits are complete.

150 m sled sprints 45#/25#

Rotate to next station:

10 min amlap:

100 meter farmers carry 53#/35# kb’s

Rotate to next station 10 min amrap:

15 wall balls 20#/14#

10 burpees
