This Sunday is Thor Fitness’s Summer Throwdown.  Start time is 10 am.  Classes will be cancelled for the day.  Sorry for any inconvenience.  I hope to see you all at the Throwdown supporting our Rx and scaled team.  They’ve all been training really hard together!!
