As the Summer winds down I think it’s time to get together for a Thor Fitness BBQ at my house on Saturday, August 23rd!! Who is in?  I’m thinking 2 pm start time.  I don’t have a rain date as of yet, but I’ll keep you posted.

15 pullups or Ring rows
