We have a very busy September coming up for Thor Fitness members. We have athletes competing at Flex on the Beach in Long Beach on Saturday, September 13th. I believe we may need another female athlete in the scaled division. If anyone is interested, please let me know. Saturday, September 20th is the kick off for the Long Island Fitness League Season 3. Every other week Thor Fitness will be hosting along with CrossFit Strong Island for 10 weeks. So far we have a strong scaled team as well as a solid RX team. There is a possibility we may need another athlete for the RX division. I’ll keep you posted. And Saturday, September 27th is the Civilian Military Combine Urban Assault in Brooklyn.
