Tonight my sales rep from Progenex will be in during the night classes to give out samples and talk about the Progenex line. He’s a super nice guy and not only sells Progenex but is a CrossFitter in the City and uses it as well. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
I spoke to the Long Island Fitness league peeps and they have made some changes. The season will be shorter (five weeks), thus the price cheaper. The captains of the teams we have formed will be contacted by the league with details about refunds ect. All five weeks will be at Thor Fitness! So the fact that the season is shorter and cheaper allows us to possibly split up our teams of 7 and create more. Further details will also be on the League’s FaceBook page.
