What a great weekend at the CMC in Brooklyn!!  I wish I could have done this one with you all, but had family obligations.  Thank you Ann for the pictures!  It’s pretty awesome to see all of you who have met at Thor Fitness come together and have a great day working as a team.  The Civilian Military Combine is one of my favorite out of the many “mud” runs because it is geared toward CrossFitters.  The “Pit” is where is happens.  Props to all of you who came out and represented Thor Fitness!!!

STRENGTH:

5 Push up w hand release

7 pull ups RX+ C2B pullups

EXTRA CREDIT:

3 x 300 meter row * Rest the time it takes to compete the interval
