Today is the second week of the Long Island Fitness League competitions held at 12:00.  Come by and show your support for our three Thor Fitness teams!!  It’s over by 2.  The first one was so much fun so come and check it out!!

Also, tonight is the Thor Fitness Halloween party at 8 pm at my house!! Text me if you did not get the address on the white board.  I hope to see you all!
