I’m so happy to make another baby announcement … Diana and Jason Hernandez welcomed their first child, Ryan Michael, 9lbs. 1 oz., into the world today!  Congratulations!!

Our three teams came out strong once again at the Long Island Fitness League competition!  I’m super proud of all of you who came out and represented Thor Fitness once again.  Three down and two more competitions to go.
