TUESDAY

Today we are going to work on the overhead squat. During strength work on your form, range of motion and technique. If you’re comfortable, go for a 1 RM. 

Also, is anyone interested in Thor Fitness hosting a double under seminar? There is a company called Punk Rope. The seminar is 2 1/2 hours and the cost is $50. They also offer ropes for sale. Let me know who is interested. If I have a decent number, I’ll host.
