Saturday’s weightlifting class was packed out! If you haven’t attended a class, what are you waiting for? Check out some pics. We worked on tempo squats, hang snatch and snatch pulls as well as jumping drills to help with explosiveness in our lifts and let’s not forget the Evil wheels to work on our core.
