Great first day of judging everyone in the Open!  14.3 is heavy, but many of you came out today and absolutely crushed it!  I’ll be judging on Sunday during the 9 am class on Sunday.  Please make a point of getting this workout judged ASAP.  Don’t wait until the last minute.

CrossFit WOD:

“Burpee Helen”

400 meter run

21 burpees

12 pull ups

Shane will be here at 10 am to coach you all through the weight lifitng class.  He programmed a great workout. Wear your oly shoes!

WEIGHT LIFTING WOD:

Tempo squats 3 x 5

hang snatch 3 x 3

3 x 5 snatch pulls

jumping drills

50 evil wheels
