CrossFit WOD:

amrap 20 min:

3 bear complex 135#/85#

lunge the length of the pull up rig

10 burpees

lunge back the length of the pull up rig

LEVEL 1:

amrap 15 min:

3 bear complex 65#/35#

lunge the length of the pull up rig

10 push ups

lunge back the length of the pull up rig

1 bear complex =  power clean, push press (to behind the neck), back squat, push press off the back
