We are officially going to be using Muscle Up Paleo as our new fresh, healthy paleo meal delivery service. They offer not only meals that can be heated up but cold meals as well. If you need a healthy option to stay on track of your meals, check it out and place an order and give it a try. There’s been a schedule change with our Weightlifting class. This class will now be held at 10 am and coached by Chris during open gym time. I’ll post the workout each week so you know what you have in store for class that day. Be sure to wear your lifting shoes. If there is a demand for additional weightlifting classes during the week, I will open a few more classes probably at 7 pm.
