Congrats to all those who came out yesterday to hit the 5k. We had some PRs and great efforts!
Starting next weekend we will be doing the CrossFit Open. It is three weeks of workouts. I will be programming these workouts on Saturdays, and we will be running heats from 8-10 on Saturday. The number of people per heat will be determined by the equipment and space necessary for the workout. Stay tuned to the blog and the whiteboard for more info.
