Due to the fact that we have three teams competing today at CrossFit South Shore, the 10 am class has been cancelled for the day so I can go support these teams. Competition starts at 9:30 am. Puppies will be there! All proceeds will be going toward Last Chance Animal Rescue. There will also be raffles for baskets. Sounds like a fun day!! Good luck teams!! I can’t wait to see your costumes!
