Today we are doing a Sweat class that will be a part of our class schedule. There will be no barbell work … but you will still get your butt’s kicked. That’s why it’s called Sweat. You will be moving for a full 30 minutes with 2 three minute breaks. The Sweat workouts will be scaled and modified just like regular CrossFit wods.

The schedule will not be modified next week for the Jewish holiday on Monday and Tuesday.
