17.2 has been announced! And, yes, more dumbbells are involved as well as bar muscle ups. It’s a 12 minute workout, which I can judge between classes if you can not make it in on Saturday. The weightlifting class will be cancelled on Saturday. Good luck to all competitors! This is another tough one.
