ANNOUNCEMENTS:

**October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Once again Thor Fitness will be hosting a Barbells for Boobs event toward the end of October. Details will be announced.

** We will be having a Bring a Friend Day where you are welcome to bring someone to come and wod with you. This is always a great day for members to bring in someone who might be curious about what CrossFit is all about. The workout will not be technical … just fun!

** This Saturday is another competition in Calverton called Wod Wars. It starts at 1 pm. We have a lot of Thor Fitness athletes competing. Again, come out and show your support. I’ll be posting the details.
