It’s not too late to sign up for the in-house competition on Sunday, November 15th. I will have a regular 9 am class and the throw down will be at 10 am. This is a time to get together with your fellow CrossFitters for a fun day working out together and getting a taste of a CrossFit competition. If you’re still on the fence about signing up, come talk to me and let me know what your concerns are.
