I’m pretty excited to let you all know that this Monday the parking lot will be ripped up and graveled over.   It will be like that for a week or two until the asphalt is laid out.   I think the am classes will have to park on the street. Classes will go on as usual.

Also, I have a sign up sheet on the white board (on a clipboard).  If you can make our Thor Fitness BBQ that will be held at my house next Saturday the 23rd starting at 2 pm.  I need to know who is going to be attending as well as if you are bringing a guest, and if you’d like to bring something, please put that down as well.  This is NOT a paleo BBQ.  We will be eating buns with our burgers and dogs.
