Thank you for all the “check ins” on FaceBook today!  We hit 25 check ins for the day compared to about 0 to 2 on a normal day.  Let’s keep the momentum going!  This is our last week of our linear progression.  Next week we will go for a 1 RM for the clean, snatch and overhead squat.
