This Saturday the Weightlifting/oly class is cancelled just for the day. Feel free to come to open gym at 10 and work on your lifts.

The last Open workout has been announced on the CrossFit Games site tonight. Of course thrusters after a day of front squats. Keep in mind I would never post front squats and thrusters back to back! If you are registered in the Open, come in today to be judged. I will not be in this weekend so get it done ASAP. This workout is for time and it looks like a long one so it may be hard to do this inbetween classes.
